The VinaCapital Real Estate Limited-owned VinaLiving has launched a sale of 54 semi-detached villas of 300-450 square meters each at its Sen Phuong Nam (Southern Lotus) project in Dong Nai Province.

The US$64 million development in Nhon Trach District is expected to be completed in the second quarter of 2012.

The project, which broke ground and sold a first lot of units in April, is managed by Dat Xanh Co, DIC, and Savills Vietnam.

It is part of the $400 million Dai Phuoc Lotus Eco-Tourism project situated around 10 kilometers from the Thu Thiem New Urban Area in Ho Chi Minh City.
