The construction of the PV Green House Trade Apartment Complex started in Linh Tay ward, Thu Duc district, Ho Chi Minh City on July 16.
Covering an area of 8,000 square metres, the complex includes two 18-storey buildings.
It is invested by the Vietnam PetroVietnam Electricity Real Estate Joint Stock Company with over VND 300 billion (US$16 million).
Once it is completed, it will provide trade and office areas for rent, and 390 apartments 60-80 m2.
