The Dong Nai Provincial People’s Committee has recently issued a licence to the Lotte Vietnam Co. Ltd. to build the Bien Hoa Lottee Mart.

The US$ 40 million mall will be located in the Amata Trade Centre in Bien Hoa City, Dong Nai Province, on an area of 8,300sq.m, with the Amata Vietnam Company as the project manager.

The Bien Hoa Lotte Mart is the third mall in the Lotte Mart chain in this country for wholesale and retail trades as well as entertainment facilities for local people in Bien Hoa and surrounding areas.
