The Indochina Riverside Towers, a complex of commercial buildings and offices for rent developed by Indochina Land Corporation, will be put into use some time this month after two years of construction.

The US$27 million project comprises two towers - one with 25 stories and the other with 13 stories. All 95 apartments have been sold and commercial retail space rented out to leading companies, such as HSBC, Dumex, Shiseido, L'occitance, Nike, Pierre Cardin, Valentino Rudy and AA Decor.

Indochina Land Corporation has also invested some US$300 million in other projects such as The Nam Hai Resort, Ngu Hanh Son tourist attraction in Danang City, and an 18-hole golf course in Quang Nam Province.
