Vinaconex to be listed on Ha Noi bourse

The Viet Nam Construction and Import-Export Corporation (Vinaconex) said it planned to list its shares at the Ha Noi Securities Trading Centre.
Details haven't been released. The centre said it had received documents to register for the listing on Wednesday.
Vinaconex has a charter capital of VND1.5 trillion (US$93.75 million), with 63.36 percent equity held by the State and 36.64 percent held by shareholders. It specializes in construction, building materials and real estate including trade centres, hotels and industrial zones.
