SaigonTel puts capital into Kon Tum resort

Photo: Internet The People's Committee of Kon Tum has approved Sai Gon Telecom Technology Joint Stock Company (SaigonTel) to set up a project to build an ecological resort in Kon Plong District, Kon Tum Province.
The company announced that as a dividend for 2007, investors will receive three shares for every ten shares they own.
SaigonTel plans this year to issue 18 million shares to increase its charter capital to VND585 billion, as well as to gain VND1.2 trillion in revenue and VND225 billion in post-tax profit.
Hoa Phat Group to further issue shares
Hoa Phat Group, coded HPG, ratified a plan at an annual shareholders' meeting to issue an additional 8.26 million shares to its partners as well as another 14 million shares to raise its charter capital.
Following that, Hoa Phat will pay its dividend for last year via cash and shares with a ratio of 10 and 30 percent respectively.
