In the first phase, 300 meters of berth and 20 hectaresof containeryard are being developed and will be put into service in the second quarter of this year.
In partnership with the three foreign shipping firms, the company will build two berths with a total length of 590 meters and a total depth of 15 meters, and 34 hectares of container yard.
The venture will need a total of US$196 million to develop the terminal facilities and buy handling equipment.
